Ingredients

  • Drumsticks
  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tsp. Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. Fresh black pepper
  • 2 tsp. Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. Coarse salt
  • Cauliflower
  • 2 C. cauliflower florets
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil, for cooking

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, combine the seasonings for the drumsticks. Drizzle the chicken with olive oil and toss them in the mixture. Drizzle the cauliflower with the oil and season it with salt and pepper. Place the chicken on a pan and roast it in the oven for 40-45 minutes. About 15 minutes into the chicken cooking, place the cauliflower on the pan as well and roast for the remaining time.
