Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 plum tomato, diced
  • 1 C. chopped deli ham
  • ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese
  • ⅓ C. milk
  • ½ C. red bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ C. green bell pepper, chopped
  • ⅓ C. yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

Saute the veggies except for the tomatoes. Whisk together the eggs and add in the veggies and the rest of the ingredients. Whisk everything together fully and pour the mixture into a greased pan. preheat the oven to 375 degrees and bake the omelette for 20-25 minutes.
