  • 4-6 boneless pork chops at least 2 inches thick
  • 2 C. Italian Bread Crumbs
  • 3-4 eggs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Scramble eggs in a glass or tin pie plate and put the bread crumbs in another pie plate. One at a time, cover the pork chops thoroughly in the egg mixture and then the bread crumbs. Place evenly spaced on a lightly coated baking sheet and bake for 1 hour or until juices run clear.

Makes 4-6 servings.

  • I always put my breaded port chops in the refrigertor for a couple of hours before I brown them so the breading stays on. I then bake them in the oven for 45 min. to 1 hr.
