My mom used to make this breakfast souffle for all my sleepovers. Make the dish the night before for a quick and easy breakfast for 12- just toss your souffle in the oven when you wake up and wait an hour before serving.

  • 1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage (links)
  • 9 eggs beaten slightly
  • 3 C. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 slices bread, cut into 1/8 inch cubes
  • 1 1/2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
  • dill (optional)

Brown sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard, and salt. Add bread cubes, sausage, and cheese. Refrigerate overnight, covered, in a 13x9x2-inch greased pan. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350 degrees.When finished, sprinkle dill on top for decoration.
