Best Crockpot Chicken

- 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tsp. seasoned salt
- one 16-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, thawed
- one 10-oz. can cream of celery soup
- one 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar-jack cheese
Cut chicken into strips and place chicken sprinkled with seasoned salt in a crockpot sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, and half cheese. Mix well. Spoon over chicken breasts. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
