Best Crockpot Chicken

This is not only one of the easiest crockpot chicken recipes I've made, but it also is one of the tastiest!

  • 5 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • one 16-oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots, thawed
  • one 10-oz. can cream of celery soup
  • one 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar-jack cheese

Cut chicken into strips and place chicken sprinkled with seasoned salt in a crockpot sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.  In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, and half cheese. Mix well.  Spoon over chicken breasts.  Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.  About 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
