  • 1 box angel hair pasta
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 T. garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 C. white wine
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 C. butter, softened
  • 1 T. parsley
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese

Prepare pasta according to box directions. Add oil to a large skillet and heat until hot. Toss in shrimp and cook until tender. Reduce heat and remove shrimp. Add garlic and saute for three minutes. Slowly pour in wine and lemon juice. Cook until the wine is reduced by half. Add italian seasoning and reduce heat. Add butter and return shrimp to the pan. Sprinkle with parsley, salt, and pepper. Spoon shrimp over pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
