Best Italian Beef
- 2 1/2 - 3 lb. pot roast
- 1/2 C. sliced pepperoncini (do not drain juice)
- 2 peeled cloves garlic
- 1 pkg. Seven Seas Italian dressing (dry mix)
- 1 pkg. Au Jus (dry mix)
Put first 4 ingredients in crock pot. Put ceramic part of crock pot (covered with Saran Wrap) in microwave and cook on high for 20 minutes.
Put pot back in crock pot cooker and cook on low for 4-5 hours. After around 3 hours, using 2 forks, pull meat apart in shreds. If needed, add Au Jus mix at the end of cooking time.
