Your family will ask you to make this easy mouth-watering meatloaf often! Serve with a mountain of mashed potatoes or a favorite vegetable. It sounds like a huge meatloaf but it won't last long!

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. lean ground beef sirloin
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 C. breadcrumbs
  • 1 15-oz. jar Picante sauce
  • 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbs. lemon pepper
  • 1/2 bottle chili sauce (reserve for top of meatloaf)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together (except chili sauce) in a large bowl. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 2 hours in a large loaf pan or for 1 1/2 hours in 2 smaller loaf pans. Drain off any drippings. Pour chili sauce over top to cover meatloaf. Bake for another 15 minutes.
