Best Stuffed Bell Pepper Recipe

- 4 bell peppers of any color
- 1/2 box of rice
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1 14 oz. can of diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
- 1-2 C. of shredded mozzarella cheese
Over medium heat, cook ground beef in pan. During the cooking of the meat, wash bell peppers and cut the tops off and remove the inside. Place the bell peppers into boiling water for about 5 minutes. Place them in a large pan. Once the meat is cooked, drain grease and set aside the pan of meat. While this is happening go ahead and cook your rice.
Stir the diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning and rice together. Spoon the mixture into the bell peppers till they are filled. Cover with mozzarella cheese. Place them into the oven and set it to boil. Remove from the oven once the mozzarella cheese is golden brown.
