  • Wings
  • 2 ½ lb. chicken wings, drumsticks
  • 2 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. fresh black pepper
  • Sauce
  • 1 C. hot sauce (Frank’s is the best)
  • 2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 Tbs. butter
  • 3 Tbs. honey

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels. Once the chicken in patted fully dry, drizzle the wings with oil and rub them with salt and pepper. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Bake the wings for 40 minutes. In a saucepan, whisk together the all of the sauce ingredients and let it simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes. Toss the wings in the sauce and serve!
