Ingredients
- 2 or 3 cans of tuna fish
- 2/3 C. chopped celery
- 1 C. (or less) breadcrumbs
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3/4 C. grated cheese of your choice
- 1/4 to 1/3 C. of thousand island dressing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and shape into patties. Cook in a skillet or on the grill until bread crumbs begin to brown. Flip burger and cook on both sides.
