Bread, who doesn’t love a loaf of hearty tasting bread? Rosemary bread is just so good, and so very simple to make. This is a great recipe that is very similar to the rosemary bread served at Romano’s Macaroni Grill.

In a large mixing bowl, place yeast, water, and sugar. Wait until mixture begins to bubble. When yeast begins to bubble, add in 1 tbsp. margarine, flour, 1 tbsp. rosemary. Place mixture in a food processor until mixture is smoothed out. Place olive oil in a bowl, drop dough into the bowl and cover so it can rise. After about an hour, remove dough and begin to flatten it and split it in half. Set dough aside for about 7 minutes. Mold dough into small spheres. Spray a cooking sheet and place dough on sheet. Sprinkle rosemary over dough spheres. Let loaves rise again for another hour. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake bread for 12 to 20 minutes or until light tan.
