In a large bowl, place yeast, sugar, salt, and dry milk. Add the warm water and stir. Let stand for two minutes. Add two tablespoons of oil and stir. Slowly add flour and mix until dough forms. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 10 minutes. Divide into three balls. Pour three ounces of oil into a nine-inch cake pan. Repeat with two more cake pans. Roll out each dough ball into a nine-inch circle and place in oiled cake pans. Spray the outer edge of the dough with cooking spray and cover with a plate. Let dough rise for one hour. Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano, marjoram, basil, and garlic salt in a medium bowl. Let stand while dough is rising. Preheat your oven to 475°F. Uncover the dough-filled cake pans and spread each with 1/3-cup of sauce to form a one-inch crust. Sprinkle with jalapenos, red onion, and pineapple. Cover each pizza with cheese and bake for about 10 minutes or until crust is brown.
