  • 6 oz. fresh tuna steak
  • Glaze:
  • 2 Tbs. honey
  • 4 Tbs. butter, softened
  • Condiment:
  • 2 Tbs. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. ground lemon grass

Brush one side of tuna with glaze. Place tuna on hot grill, glazed side down, and grill until half done. Brush top with more glaze and flip. Cook until center is pink. Top with sea salt and ground pepper to taste. Mix mayo and lemon grass then spread on roll and pile on any desired ingredients like lettuce and tomato.
