Even if these BBQ ribs look super delicious and fatty, there's actually less sugar included for those who are following a special diet. Now you can enjoy ribs without too much fat.

In a medium saucepan, mix 2/3 pan with water, salt and brown sugar then heat until melted. Place the ribs in a large aluminum foil roasting pan. Cut ribs into pieces. Pour one bottle of barbecue sauce and 3/4 cups ketchup. Pour the brine over the ribs and cover with enough water and move ribs around to mix brine well. Keep cold for 2-3 hours. Season to taste. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. In a small bowl, combine remaining barbecue sauce and ketchup. Pour sauce evenly over ribs. Fold remaining foil over ribs to form a bubble and press edges around the three sides to form a tight seal. Place in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
