Biscuit Apple Cobbler
- 1 21-oz. can apple pie filling
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 7 1/2-oz. tube refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits, baked
- Whipped topping and mint, optional
Bake biscuits according to directions. Place pie filling in an ungreased 9-in. Pie plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Separate each biscuit into three layers and arrange over apples. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-14 minutes or until the biscuits are browned. Garnish with whipped topping and mint if desired.
