Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 pkg. rich tea biscuits
- 3 Tbs. cocoa powder
- 3 C. water
- Icing:
- 1 C. icing sugar
- 2 Tbs. water
Directions
Mix the cocoa powder and water in a bowl. Soak the biscuits in the cocoa water. Pile on a plate. Mix the icing sugar and water to make icing. Coat the chocolate soaked biscuits with icing sugar. Place in the refrigerator to let icing harden.
