Biscuit Cake

This cake is easy to make with no baking necessary!

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg. rich tea biscuits
  • 3 Tbs. cocoa powder
  • 3 C. water
  • Icing:
  • 1 C. icing sugar
  • 2 Tbs. water

Directions

Mix the cocoa powder and water in a bowl. Soak the biscuits in the cocoa water. Pile on a plate. Mix the icing sugar and water to make icing. Coat the chocolate soaked biscuits with icing sugar. Place in the refrigerator to let icing harden.
