Biscuit Coffee Cake
- 1 pkg. digestive biscuits
- 3 Tbs. coffee powder
- 1 3/4 C. condensed milk
- 4 Tbs. custard powder
- 4 C. water
- 2 flake bars, crumbed (or flaked chocolate)
Mix the condensed milk, custard powder and 1 flake bar together.
Mix the coffee powder and water together in a plate. Soak the digestive biscuits in the coffee.
Layer the biscuits and cream in a medium size container. Repeat layers until you end with cream. Sprinkle flakes all over top. Place in the refrigerator to set.
