  • 1 (12 oz.) can buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz.) package gravy mix
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • ½ C. milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 C. cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a greased baking dish, cut up biscuit dough and line the bottom of the dish with pieces. In a large skillet, brown sausage until cooked through and crumble into smaller pieces with your wooden spoon or spatula. Spread sausage over biscuit pieces. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over sausage and biscuit mixture. Prepare gravy according to package and pour over dish as well. Top with cheddar cheese and bake for 30 to 45 degrees until cooked through.
