  • 3-4 boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 T. olive oil
  • 2 sweet red peppers, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 T. chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. cumin
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 C. beer
