Black Bean Salsa

This hot salsa makes a great topping for pastas, meats, poultry or even on its own as a dip.

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz. cans black beans, undrained
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 C. chopped onion
  • 1 22 oz jar mild salsa

Directions

Heat 2 tsp. oil over medium-high heat. Stir in onion and garlic and cook until translucent. Stir in back beans and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in salsa and bring to a simmer.
