  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1 8-inch chocolate crumb crust
  • ¼ cup baking cocoa
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Beat the cream cheese and white sugar in a large bowl until it is smooth. Then beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread half of the mixture into the pie crust. Fold the confectioners’ sugar and cocoa into the remaining whipped mixture and spread this over the cream cheese layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Top with cherry pie filling and serve.
