This Alfredo sauce is kicked up a notch with a heaping helping of cracked peppercorns! Feel free to tweak the recipe to your liking if you don't want it as peppery!

  • 1/4 C. butter
  • 1 C. heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 1/2 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 C. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbs. peppercorns, cracked (can be any color you prefer)

Melt the butter in a saucpan over low heat. Add the cream and simmer for 5 minutes, then add the garlic and cheese and whisk. Slowly raise the heat to medium and add the parsley and peppercorns. Cook until fragrant, about five minutes.
