  • 3 C. wafer cookie crumbs
  • 9 T. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 C. blackberries, divided
  • 1 C. raspberries, divided
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 C. plus 2 tsp. sugar
  • 2 8 oz. bricks of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk

In a medium bowl, mix together wafer crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch non-stick springform pan. Refrigerate until firm. Puree 1/2 C. blackberries in a blender and strain. Discard seeds. Stir in 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 tsp. sugar. Set aside and repeat with raspberries. Mix cream cheese and remaining 1 C. sugar in a bowl on low speed until blended. Add vanilla and condensed milk and mix well. Pour batter on cooled crust and spread on top. Arrange remaining berries on top of puree and refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
