Blackberry Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 C. day old bread cubed
- 2 1/2 C. milk
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C. blackberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, then add milk, sugar, and vanilla. Add bread cubes and set aside for 15 minutes. Add blackberries and pour into 8 x 8 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
