Blackberry Bread Pudding

A great solution for what to do with stale bread, this bread pudding adds a little something.

Ingredients

  • 4 C. day old bread cubed
  • 2 1/2 C. milk
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 C. blackberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs, then add milk, sugar, and vanilla. Add bread cubes and set aside for 15 minutes. Add blackberries and pour into 8 x 8 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
