Blackberry Cucumber Cups

- 2 English Cucumbers
- 1 Container Sabra Hummus
- 1 Container of Blackberries
- Teaspoon Paprika
- I Bunch Parsley, finely chopped
Start by chopping the cucumbers up into 1 1/4 pieces. Use a melon baller to carve out the seeds, but preserve the bottom of the cucumber.
Use a small spoon or piping bag to fill each cucumber with hummus. Sprinkle paprika and chopped parsley on top. Add a single blackberry.
