Blackberry Vanilla Cake

- 2 2/3 cup unsifted flour
- 2 cup Splenda or other sweetener
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 7 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened blackberries
- 1 cup sugar free powdered sugar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, blend together eggs, sweetener, oil and butter.
Alternately, mix in flour, baking powder, and cinnamon with the buttermilk and blend well.
Add vanilla last and continue blending.
Grease a 17x11 pan and pour mixture inside.
Add the black berries on top of the batter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over the cake.
