  • 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 Tbs. of cajun seasoning
  • 2 tsp. of salt
  • 1 tsp. of pepper
  • 3 Tbs. of vegetable oil
  • 1 Tbs. of butter
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Mayonnaise
  • 6 hamburger or ciabatta rolls

Begin by combining the cajun seasoning and the salt. This will be the rub for the chicken
Next, slice the chicken into 6 thin slices
Dip the sliced chicken in the oil
Next, cover the chicken with the rub
In a large frying pan, pour in the remaining vegetable oil
Turn the heat to medium until the oil gets hot
Add the chicken and cook it on 7 minutes each side or until the inside of the chicken is no longer pink
Remove the chicken from the pan and place on a paper towel to absorb the grease Cut a slice of tomato and separate a piece of lettuce for each sandwich
Spread the desired amount of mayonnaise on the roll and put the sandwiches together
