  • 1/2 C. Cajun seasoning
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 Tbs. butter
  • 1/8 C. onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tortilla
  • 1 tbs. oil, olive
  • 1/2 C. sour cream

Melt the butter and oil in a skillet. While the butter and oil heat, rub the chicken breast with the seasoning. Cook the chicken over high then medium heat until done. Cool briefly and chop. 

Saute the onion and pepper in the skillet after the chicken has finished cooking. When they are tender but still have a bite, remove them from the heat. Assemble the wrap with the sour cream as the base and the chicken and peppers on top.
