Coat pork chops with this flavorful spice rub before cooking for a delicious result.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs. salt
  • 1 Tbs. plus 2 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 Tbs. plus 3/4 tsp. black pepper 2 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 5 3/4 tsp. thyme; dried

Directions

Mix all ingredients well.
