  • 1 large potato, peeled
  • ½ C.
  • 2 parsnips, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Grate the parsnips, potato and pear. Place them in a bowl. Add in the egg, salt, pepper and flour. Mix it all up. In a saucepan, heat the oil. Take your mixture and add one spoon full at a time. They should be crispy when you remove them. Repeat the process until the mixture is used up. You should have enough to make 10-15.
