Blender Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1/4 tsp. pineapple flavoring
- 1 (16 oz.) can apricots, drained
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 pt. orange sherbet
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. apricot gelatin
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
Directions
Put the pineapple and pineapple flavoring in a blender; blend. Add the apricots; blend. Add the cream cheese and orange sherbet and blend again. Dissolve the two pkg. of gelatin in the boiling water (you may, if you wish, substitute 1 C. of the drained apricot juice for the water.) Combine the gelatin with the blended mixture. Pour into a pan or mold and chill until firm.
