Bloody Mary Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 C. bread crumbs
- 1 C. Bloody Mary mix (1-qt. size) or V-8 juice
Directions
Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, egg, bread crumbs and half of Bloody Mary mix all together and roll into balls. Brown balls in a little oil at low-medium heat. Put in a baking dish and pour rest of Bloody Mary mix over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to blend flavors.
