Here is a lighter version of the classic made with a cucumber infused vodka. Perfect for these hot summer days! Mmm...

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. (1 jigger) cucumber vodka
4 oz. tomato juice
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Worcestershire sauce to taste
2 dashes Tabasco to taste
3 oz. seltzer water
1 cucumber stick for garnish
1 lemon wedge for garnish
2 C. ice cubes
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine the vodka, the tomato juice, the lemon juice, the Worcestershire sauce, the Tabasco, 1 cup ice cubes, and salt and pepper to taste. Shake the mixture well, and strain it into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add the seltzer water , stir and garnish with the cucumber stick and the lemon wedge.
