Serving Size / Yield
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 flour tortilla
- herb cream cheese
- 1 plum tomato, diced
- romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
The night before, cook the bacon and cool on paper towels. Crumble and refrigerate. In the morning, spread the cream cheese evenly on the tortilla. Sprinkle bacon, tomatoes and lettuce over cream cheese. Roll up, and slice in half.
