Blue Cheese Deviled Eggs

This is the perfect deviled egg recipe for those that don't like mayonnaise! I always thought deviled eggs looked good but hated the mayonnaise.

  • 12 eggs
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 blue cheese dressing
  • salt and pepper
  • paprika

Put eggs in pot with cold water. Bring to boil. Let boil for 1 minute. Take off heat, cover with lid. Let stand in water for 13 minutes. Remove and place in cold water to cool. Peel off shells. Cut each egg in half and remove the yolks. Set egg whites aside. In a medium mixing bowl, add yolks and onions. Add blue cheese dressing a little at a time and mix until you've reached your desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with paprika and chill for about 2 hours. Add yolk mixture back into egg whites.
