Blue Cheese Dip

Ingredients
- 6 oz. blue cheese
- 6 oz. butter
- 1 Tbs. yellow mustard
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 2 tsp. brandy
- (optional green olives)
Directions
Let the blue cheese and butter sit at room temperature. Cream them together with mustard, nutmeg, and brandy in a large bowl. When blended, transfer into a serving dish and garnish with olives. Serve at room temperature with Melba toast or crackers. Be sure to store in an airtight container if you do have any left over.
