Blue Cheese Dressing

This creamy dressing is perfect for fall salads!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. hot red pepper sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 oz. blue cheese, crumbled

Directions

Combine all ingredients except blue cheese in a bowl.  Blend until smooth.  Mix in blue cheese and refrigerate overnight. 


Serve with: Spring Salad
