  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 2/3 C. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 C. fresh blueberries
  • 1 C. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 Tbs. butter, softened
  • 4 C. powdered sugar
  • 5 jars

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Use water and egg for mix. Pour half of batter in greased 9-inch baking pan and then garnish blueberries evenly. Add remaining batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes. 

For cream cheese frosting, beat cream cheese and butter in bowl until smooth. Mix powdered sugar with frosting. Cut chocolate cake into chunks. Add evenly to each jar. Top with frosting. Feel free to garnish with blueberries.
