This no-bake blueberry cheesecake can be served in the summer, especially on the 4th of July!

Ingredients

  • 1 21-oz. can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 20-oz. can pineapple, crushed
  • 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 C. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 C. powdered sugar
  • 12 oz. whipped topping
  • 2 C. walnuts, crushed
  • 3 drops vanilla
  • 1 stick sweet butter
  • 1 pack graham crackers

Directions

Melt the butter. Mix it with the crushed crackers in a pan. Flatten the crust. Mix together pineapple, cream cheese, marshmallows, powdered sugar, whipped topping, walnuts and vanilla with a mixer in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan and coat/cover with the blueberry filling. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
