These crunchy blueberry and yellow cake bars also feature coconut, pineapple, and chopped nuts.

Ingredients

  • 15-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 16-oz. pkg. frozen blueberries
  • 3/4 C. white sugar
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 12 Tbs. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 C. white sugar
  • 1/4 C. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 C. flaked coconut

Directions

In a greased 9x13-inch baking pan, arrange ingredients in following order: pineapple and juice, blueberries, 3/4 C. sugar, dry cake mix, melted margarine, 1/4 C. sugar, chopped nuts and coconut. Bake at 325 F for 1 hour. Serve either warm or cold.

Makes 20 - 24 small servings.
