Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 C. flour
- 1/2 C. blueberries
- 1 C. milk
- 1 Tbs. shortening
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions
Beat egg with milk, add salt and shortening, and lastly the dry ingredients. Stir in the blueberries. Mix smooth. Bake 20 minutes in hot 375-400 degree oven in greased muffin tins. Fill muffin pans two-thirds full.
