Blueberry Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
- 1 C. buttermilk pancake mix
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. milk
- 3 C. sliced peaches (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1/2 C. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in 8x8 inch baking dish, add pancake mix, sugar, and milk, and stir with a fork until just combined. Do not over-mix. Scatter fruit evenly over batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes or until golden)
