These nutty overnight oats are perfect if you are tired of the usual oatmeal. Prepare at night and these will be ready for you in the morning!

  • 1/2 C. steel cut oats
  • ½ C. uncooked quinoa
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 C. blueberries
  • 1 C. sliced bananas
  • 1/4C. Greek yogurt
  • ½ C. almond milk

Combine the oats, quinoa, yogurt and almond in a small bowl and mix well. Pour mixture into a jar or container with a lid, seal tightly and let refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Top with blueberries and bananas and serve!
