Blueberry Salad
Ingredients
- 6 oz. cherry Jell-O
- 2 C. boiling water
- 1 C. chopped walnuts
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 small can applesauce
- 3/4 C. cold water
- Topping:
- 9 oz. Cool Whip
- 1 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
Directions
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water. Add cold water and all other ingredients. Chill in 13x9x2 until firm.
To make topping, let cream cheese soften then blend well with cool whip. Spread on top of gelatin mixture.
