Serving Size / Yield
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- ½ cup Packed Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 pkg (18 1/4 Oz.) White Cake Mix
- 1 cup Finely Crushed Cornflakes
- 11/2 cup Granola, Loose
- 1 cup Blueberry Jam or Preserves
Start by preheating oven to 350 degrees.
Mix the butter and the sugar until smooth in a large bowl.
Then add in the egg and mix well.
Next gradually stir in the dry cake mix, cornflakes, and granola.
Make sure you set aside 1 1/2 cups for the topping.
Get a 13x9 inch baking pan and grease it with cooking oil.
Press the dough that remains into the pan.
Spread the jam over the dough. Sprinkle reserved dough on top.
Gently press down on the top layer of dough.
Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool completely on a wire rack.
Cut into bars and serve.
