This recipe is a healthier alternative to store-bought ice cream. This version is healthier than most homemade ice creams because it is made with yogurt and fruit. It's still creamy and delicious, just without all the additional bad ingredients in other frozen treats!

Place a cheesecloth over a sieve and place the sieve over a bowl. Pour the yogurt into the prepared sieve and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours to allow to drain. Put the strained yogurt in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the yogurt mixture into a covered container and place in the freezer. After 30 minutes, stir the ice cream to break up the ice crystals. Do this 2 to 3 times or until the desired consistency is achieved.
