Blueberry Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/4 C. water
- 1/4 C. light corn syrup
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 C. fresh blueberries
Directions
Combine sugar and cornstarch in a 1-quart microwave-proof casserole. Add water, syrup, and lemon juice. Stir in blueberries. Microwave on full power for 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until thickened. For thicken syrup, add one more teaspoon of cornstarch.
Serve with: Dutch Pancakes
