Boiled Beef with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- 1 lg. can tomatoes, drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 tsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp. oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 1 lb. sliced boiled beef
- 3 Tbs. olive oil
- 2 Tbs. water
Directions
Grease a shallow baking dish with oil then line with half of tomatoes, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Put the sliced beef over this mixture and then cover with the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle with olive oil. Add water and bake in oven at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes.
