Boiled Corn on the Cob

There's nothing quite like a sweet, buttery corn on the cob on a summers day. This simple recipe not only gives it a lot of flavor but also adds in a nice kick with the touch of cayenne pepper.

Take a large pot and fill in about halfway through with water. Bring the water to a boil.

Bring the heat down to a simmer and add in the milk and 1 half stick of butter. Stir until the butter is melted.

Put the corn into the pot. Let the corn simmer in the pot for 7-10 minutes.

Removed the corn and place it on a serving tray. Using the remaining half stick of butter, generously spread it over the hot corn. Sprinkle the corn with cayenne pepper and spring onions. Corn is ready to be served!
